NHVAS Mass and Maintenance Management
Accreditation Programs
Practical NHVAS Mass and Maintenance Management Policies
The National Heavy Vehicle Accreditation Schemes (NHVAS) for Mass Management and Maintenance Managemnt provide truck operators with a legal access to Higher Mass Limits (under the NHVAS Mass Scheme) and operational benefits, including improved access for Restricted Access Vehicles (under the NHVAS Maintenance Scheme).
To access these benefits, the operator must be accredited under the NHVAS Mass and/or Maintenance Schemes. To do this they must have an effective NHVAS Mass or Maintenance Policy and Procedures Accreditation Program.
NHVAS Programs (Mass and Maintenance) - Proven Mass and/or Maintenance Programs
SAMS NHVAS Mass and Maitenance Management Programs are tried and proven as effective and practical programs that work well for the operator. Our NHVAS programs are highly regarded by the authorities and Auditors alike, because they comprehensively address the required Standards and Business Rules, whilst providing the operator with practical policies and procedures.
We provide our NHVAS Programs as either:
One Combined Policy Program
It makes sense to combine your NHVAS, Fatigue and Speed Compliance policies into a single cohesive set of policies. This simplifies the process of maintaining your policies, training staff and managing your compliance.
So we can also merge our NHVAS Management programs with our Fatigue Management programs and/or with OH&S policies. We can also incorporate a Speed Policy as well.
